Experience a world of giant bubbles! This hands-on activity lets kids and adults play with professional wands and massive bubbles. It’s simple, sudsy, and fun for all ages. Interactive Fun: Includes giant wands and tools for everyone to use. We use only professional-grade, non-toxic bubble solution. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to save your date.
Cancellation Policy
Minty Splash Party: Service Policy & Liability Waiver 1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your date. Balance: Due in full on the event day, prior to service. We reserve the right to withhold services until the balance is cleared. Confirmation: Bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and agreement to these terms. 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations: Must be communicated 72 hours (3 days) before start time. Later cancellations forfeit the full balance. Rescheduling: Unfortunately, rescheduling is not allowed at this moment. Please reach out to see if we can work something out, but no promises. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to weather, illness, or equipment failure. A refund or priority reschedule may be offered. 3. HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK Product Standards: We use only professional, cosmetic-grade face paints and hair products. However, these are not recommended for children under the age of 3 or individuals with skin sensitivities. Client Responsibility: Guests with known allergies, eczema, or sensitive skin must inform the artist before application. By proceeding, the Client assumes all risks associated with allergic reactions, skin irritation, or minor staining of clothing/property. Hygiene & Refusal: To maintain safety, artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing ill (e.g., open sores, contagious skin conditions, cough, or runny nose) or anyone acting in a disruptive or abusive manner. 4. MEDIA RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION Photography: Minty Splash Party may take photos/videos of our work for promotional use on social media and marketing materials. To opt-out, please provide written notice at least 48 hours prior to the event. Supervision: An adult must supervise children at all times. Minty Splash Party is not responsible for the behavior or safety of guests. Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Minty Splash Party harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the actions of the Client or their guests. Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
